The terms that govern use of the Digital Miles platform, wallet and partner services.

Miles are not money
Miles are a non-cash reward with no monetary value outside the redemption options made available. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
Eligibility and earning
Miles are earned only for activity that is eligible under the relevant partner's published earning rules and that passes qualification and fraud checks.
Expiry and adjustment
Miles may expire or be adjusted in line with partner policy, or reversed where the underlying activity is cancelled, refunded or found to be fraudulent.
Redemption
Redemptions are subject to availability and to the terms of the reward or fulfilment provider. Interrupted redemptions are recovered or reversed.
Changes
Digital Miles may update these terms; material changes are communicated before they take effect.
