What we collect
Identity and contact details you or a linked partner provide, the linked accounts you authorise, and the eligible activity partners send so that earning rules can be applied.
How we use it
To resolve your identity across linked partners, apply earning rules, maintain your Miles ledger and activity history, enable redemption, and prevent fraud.
Consent and control
You choose which accounts are linked and can withdraw consent from the privacy dashboard. Identity data is tokenized.
Sharing
Partners see only the activity and Miles data relevant to their relationship with you. Reward and fulfilment providers receive only what is needed to deliver a redemption.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal information through the data and privacy requests page.
